In Fujian Penghu Town, Yongchun, every household has the folk custom of drying hand-made thread noodles in the open air. In the sun, they look like silver threads, like thin yarn.

Yongchun hand-made thread noodles are passed down from generation to generation. It has become a cultural symbol and has been integrated into the local food culture life.

The family handicraft workshops here are all techniques passed down from ancestors. The hand-made noodles have a good taste. The raw materials are flour, water and salt, without adding any preservatives. The complete thread and processing must be made and dried on a sunny day, and nearly ten processes are all completed manually.
